In the workshop, we explore a wide range of movements from various angles and perspectives. It is designed to improve inner body awareness and develop our functional abilities. We explore movements while lying, sitting, or standing, using extensive mental imagery. The skill and understanding grow side by side, while limitations and pain disappear. Vitality and joy grow immensely.
